  • It's been a year since the world changed. Thank God they stopped showing the "moment of impact" film ... like I would ever forget that vision.

I'm going to commemorate Sept. 11th a little different. EVERY person I encounter today (even the person at the store or in the elevator) I am going to give them a smile and and encouraging word. How will this look? Hell, I don't know. But I'm commited to spreading life today, as well as remembering the people who died a year ago. I don't care if I look like a fool ... I've looked like a fool for worse in my life.

So I'll put out the challenge to all of you who read this (even if it's only one, Jerry) to spread some life to everyone you meet today. You can and do make a difference.

  • Hey, I do that every day.  I think some people think I'm just "simple."
