  • Okay ... I'm feeling a little punk this morning. Had four glasses of absinthe on an empty stomache last night, and now I've got the slightest hangover going. You know, the kind that rests right behind your eyes and feels like a low-grade headache that you just can't locate. It's going to be a long day ....


    My friend Chris and I had the best conversation going .... Damn you absinthe! Damn you for not making feel as intoxicated as I was! Damn you for tasting so good! Damn, damn, damn, damn! Ohhhh my head.


    Anyway, hope you all have a good day ... I'm off to take some asprin and get some coffee. ohhhhh..... my head.

  • It is strange  " Apéritif anisé "  sounds French so for the design of the label . Someone told me recently absinthe was sold in France but rid of the toxical molecule there was in it . I have to check that .
